We are looking for a QA Lead to join our growing team in Madison, WI (Hybrid).

Must Haves:
1) Insurance experience is mut have
2) Lead experiences with globally distributed teams
3) Functional capacity as this will be QE transformation, JIRA & ADO

Nice to Have/Additional Comments: Automation (Selenium+Java) Experience is Nice to have or should be ready to upscale/certification

Job Description:

  • Insurance domain experience, lead experiences with globally distributed teams, functional/automation capacity as this will be QE transformation
  • Accountable and responsible for QE scope.
  • Partner with CMFG Life to prioritize work and reduce possibility of blockages.
  • Support new team member onboarding to reduce impact on CMFG Life.
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings, update status and risks, and share daily status report and weekly status report
  • Leads effort to build automation framework, create automation scripts and peer reviews the test scripts.
  • Suggests Optimization and value-adds towards cycle time reduction in execution.
  • Establishes key metrics.
  • Implement and document best practices.
  • Reviews existing test material and toolset to provide enhancement recommendations where relevant.
