What YOU will do:
• YOU will be responsible for sustaining and maintaining our core servers Linux within a Bare Metal infrastructure on-premises. On-site duties include racking devices, cabling, and deploying new systems in multiple data centers.
• YOU will help the team deploy and maintain the rollout of the next generation of products and services and transition customers to the new platforms.
• YOU will support the global data centers (installs, upgrades, configure, test, support system software, and security audits of hardware) and instill customer confidence in our products.
• YOU will monitor and respond to everyday issues and problems and contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and support the Software Development Team by administrating team tools and processes.
• YOU will keep up with the demands and tech debts of the existing infrastructure as we move to the new and advanced infrastructure.

Education & Experience:
• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 10 years of relevant experience

Skills You Must Have:
• Understanding of the Linux CLI, debugging tools, and network stack.
• Knowledge of core networking, subnetting, firewalls, and routing.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Ability to work independently in an international, cross-functional team environment, including occasional off-hours tasks and meetings.
• Administration of Multiple Linux distros such as RHEL and Ubuntu.
• Support and have a strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, MetalLB, haproxy, Harbor, Calico and Kubespray
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

Skills We Value:
• Proficiency in configuration, troubleshooting, installation, operation, maintenance, and system administration of Multiple Linux distros such as RHEL and Ubuntu.
• Ability to create shell programs and utility script (Ansibles).
• Experience working with Configuration Management Systems (git in particular).
• Experience with storage appliances with a focus on NAS and ISCSI protocols.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and successfully handle competing deadlines.
• Experience Solaris and ZFS
• Experience with IBM MQ
