TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Gastroenterologist for a Locum position in Springfield, Oregon to start as soon as credentialing allows. Schedule:7a Monday - 7a Saturday coverage; not required to be in facility overnight but will be on call. Expected 5 on / 9 off rotation. 12 hour shifts with night call; will not cover 7a Sat - 7a Mon 5 days per week with weekends offJOB INFORMATION: Vaccination Requirement: Required. will not accept exemptionsReason for coverage: Piloting GI Hospitalist program at SHMC-RBDates of Coverage: August/September as credentialing allows.6-12 months with potential to extend. Looking for 1 FTEPractice Description: Setting: Hospital only, Adult InpatientDaily Responsibilities: Rounding, new consults and procedures Shifts/Schedule Expectations: thru 12 hours w/overnight callCall Schedule/Responsibilities: Overnight call required during scheduled work weeksPPD/Census: 10Provider will be the only inpatient GI physician but will have access to specialty consultants, as needed & will have ability to connect w/outpatient GI colleagues for workflow questions, etc.Procedures Required/Preferred: Rounding, new consults and proceduresEMR: EPIC, Proficient User.
