Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders in their homes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
  • Ensure adherence to documentation and billing requirements
  • Participate in patient care and related meetings
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Coordinate the acquisition and use of adaptive communication devices

Requirements:

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligibility for participation as a Clinical Fellow
  • Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
