We are currently seeking a Homecare Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled homecare division. This position is available on both a full-time and part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy to patients with daily living challenges due to illness or injury.
  • Collaborate with a home health team to address patient goals and plan of care.
  • Assess patient needs, set therapy goals, and monitor progress.
  • Teach exercises and suggest adaptive equipment to enhance daily functioning and safety.
  • Educate patients and families on the plan of care and self-care practices.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited OT Program and active OT license.
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Active CPR certification.
  • Strong clinical judgement, interpersonal skills, and compassion.
  • Previous experience in Home Health is preferred.
