POSITION SUMMARY
This position is a key role in architecting the Microsoft Azure solution to work effectively for E4E Relief. This role will work with the sales, customer experience, operations, finance, and product functions in determining how the Microsoft technologies in Azure and Dynamics 365 can work together to help improve and increase business while bringing to E4E Relief new ways to use technology internally and with our clients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, document and build the solution architecture and oversee the foundational efforts within the Microsoft Azure environment
- Design & maintain a range of services from Microsoft Azure, particularly in relation to infrastructure and security related services such as Entra ID, IaaS, Storage, Networking and Azure Security
- Align solution with E4E Relief's goals and standards
- Code, test, debug and document software solutions using appropriate processes, tools, frameworks, libraries, patterns, best practices and standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing solution, resolving them in a timely manner at
- Communicate cross-channel / team issues and updates that may affect other project areas
- Ensures solution security best practices and standards are met throughout the solution
- Understanding the product set and its relation to the technology in play at a detailed level
- Discover and implement innovative technologies that yield competitive advantage
- Work with onsite and offshore development team members to deliver a full solution
- Generate ideas that will increase business, improve customer service, and reduce costs
Requirements
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 6 years of experience out of which 5+ years in implementing and leading cloud-based engagements
- Experience in Microsoft Azure and its relevant build, deployment, automation, networking and security technologies in cloud and hybrid environments
- Experience in Microsoft Azure Platform as a Service products such as Azure SQL, WebApps, AppServices, Azure App Service Fabric, App Service Environment & Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Experience in deployment orchestration and configuration management tools (Azure DevOps)
- Understanding of Microsoft Identity and Access Management products such as Entra ID, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, Entra ID Proxy, SAML and Active Directory Domain Services
- Experienced in the design and delivery of enterprise level Highly Available solutions
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Source Control, JSON and deployment automation.
- Proven track record of meeting service level agreement's and meeting customer expectations
- Experience implementing technology solutions that drive functional transformation
- Willingness to collaborate with the architectural community
- Significant knowledge and application of system design and development principles and governance, project management methodologies, service management principles, and technology architectures
- Exceptionally self-motivated and directed with superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive data
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under stress and time constraints
- Willingness to work directly with customers to investigate, gather product feedback, and solve problems
- Relevant Azure certifications required
