Type: Contract to hire

Job Description:
Must have Migration experience of DAGS from Airflow to Astronomer
Must have Experience in developing DAGS in Jenkins
Must have Expertise in setting up internal and External dependencies of the DAGS in Astronomer
Exceptional knowledge in Airflow and Astronomer
Experience in multi file processing in parallel
Deploying DAGS from lower environments to higher environments
Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture, design, implemenation and operationlization of large-scale data and analytics solutions on Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse.
Hands-on development experience with Snowflake features such as Snow SQL, Snow Pipe, Python, Tasks, Streas, Time travel, Zero Copy Cloning, Optimizer, Metadata Manager, data sharing and Stored Procedures.
Developing EL pipelines in and out of data warehouse using combination of Python and Snow SQL
Understanding data pipleines and modern ways of automating data pipeline using cloud based testing and clearly document implementations, so others can easily understand the requirements, implementations and test conditions
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience with any scripting languages preferably Python
Experience with a Datastage ETL tool is an added advantage
Expertise in Prod monitors of Astronomer DAGS, working on incidents and problem tickets and marking them complete within SLA
