This position is being recruited and hired by Sheppard Pratt Solutions on behalf of Anna Jaques Hospital. As the largest nonprofit provider of behavioral healthcare in the nation, Sheppard Pratt teams with healthcare systems across the country so they can provide the highest quality acute psychiatric services in their community.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Providing visionary leadership to align departmental goals with the overall mission and objectives of Anna Jaques Hospital.
  • Monitoring and evaluating clinical protocols, treatment modalities, and patient outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with other hospital services, including outpatient therapy and day programming.

What we need from you.
  • Must have a current license to practice in Massachusetts at time of hire.
  • Must be board certified.
  • At least 7 years of related experience.
