Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform while overseeing master data management (MDM) processes. This role will ensure the effective functioning of Salesforce to support our business operations and leverage accurate, consistent, and reliable data across the organization. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a passion for optimizing technology and data management processes.
This is HYBRID position located in Sanford FL.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration:
• Manage day-to-day Salesforce platform operations, including user setup, permissions, roles, profiles, and security.
• Customize Salesforce to meet business needs by creating and maintaining objects, workflows, process builders, validation rules, and reports.
• Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze requirements for new functionalities or system improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, ensuring minimal system downtime.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and implement relevant updates or enhancements.
• Train users and provide ongoing support to maximize platform adoption and usage.
Master Data Management (MDM):
• Maintain data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within Salesforce and other integrated systems.
• Implement data governance policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Develop and enforce processes for data cleansing, deduplication, and migration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and establish master data management processes.
• Perform routine audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports to monitor data health and usage trends.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, functionality, and data model.
• Experience with data management tools and techniques, including cleansing, deduplication, and governance.
• Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business needs, identify trends, and translate data insights into actionable solutions.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with Salesforce MDM tools, such as Salesforce Data Cloud or third-party tools.
• Knowledge of relational databases and data migration.
• Experience working with ERP systems is a plus; familiarity with Epicor ERP is highly desirable.
