Advancement Opportunities; Excellent Benefits $500 Sign-On Bonus (after 90-days) Location: Andover Donor Center Hours: Mon-Fri (block schedule with varying hours). Schedule to be assigned after completion of approximately 10 - 12 weeks of training which will occur Monday – Friday but may not be consecutive. Pay: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, based on education and experience. Phlebotomists who have completed at least 6 months of whole blood training would be required to successfully complete Automation training (additional $2.50 skills premium upon completion) and to maintain skills competency. Training: Paid Training Program will be approximately 10 – 12 weeks at our Beaumont location in Lexington (this time may not be consecutive) Description: Seeking Phlebotomist to assist volunteer donors while completing registration, medical screening, and phlebotomy processes. Requires excellent customer service skills, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to easily learn new skills. Must work well with others and demonstrate a desire to effectively interact with the public. Work Environment: This position regularly involves the following: Standing and walking for long periods of time. Interacting with donors, and general customer service. Reading, understanding, and applying Standard Operating Procedures. Entering and accessing information via computer or tablet device. Requirements: Minimum age of 18 years with high school diploma/equivalent. Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process. Related training and education is a plus. Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
