Speech Language Pathologist - San Marcos, TX

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in San Marcos, TX. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with individuals of all ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients while collaborating with a supportive team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs and goals.
Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to support clients' overall development and well-being.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of clients' progress and treatment sessions.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
Previous experience working with individuals with a variety of communication disorders and age groups preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
