Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst

Job Description:

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving our marketing automation initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation and optimization of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder, to meet business objectives.
  • Design and implement marketing automation workflows, including customer journeys, email campaigns, and segmentation strategies.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the effectiveness of marketing automation solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts and principles, including segmentation, personalization, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s) is desirable but not required.
