Role:- ReactJS Developer
Location- Houston, TX/Remote
Duration- Fulltime only

Job Description:
  • Technical: ReactJS or Angular, JavaScript, HTML, Core Java, Java 8, Spring Boot, REST API, Log4j, Database (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake), Cloud exposure, App Dynamics, OpenSearch, IDE (Eclipse or anything), Splunk, ServiceNow.
  • Domain: Insurance and financial support services (Preferred).
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve the daily production/non-production issues.
  • Responsible for analysis of different support requests (Service Requests) raised across open system applications and end to end resolution.
  • Should be able to manage customer expectations and communicate thoroughly through tickets and calls.
  • Responsible to make code changes and push changes to code repository.
  • Plan Production release activities and coordinate implementation with respective teams according to the schedule.
  • Responsible to make enhancements / bug fixes if necessary to satisfy business needs.
  • Refer to database to provide solutions.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively.
  • Availability for application AVP's post changes.
  • Incident Management / Problem Management.
  • Agile basic knowledge.
