Job Opportunity: PRN Physician for General Medicine & TBI Exams

Location: South Burlington, VT - Per Diem Available (must be within 50 miles)

About the Role:

Join Trusted Locum Staffing as a PRN Physician specializing in General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) exams. This per diem position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional care.

Position Details:
  • Location: VES Vermont
  • Type: PRN (as needed basis, ongoing)
  • Shifts: Half-day (4 hours or less) and Full-day (5 hours or longer)
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct interview-based exams and some physical assessments, including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
  • Evaluate and diagnose traumatic brain injuries, as well as perform general medical exams.
  • Complete standardized Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) in the VES provider portal.
  • No prescribing or treatment involved.
Requirements:
  • Board Certification: Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R
  • Skills: Proficient in METs testing, diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions
  • Equipment: Must own a personal laptop (NO Apple/Mac products)
  • Certifications: DMA certification required (can be obtained once privileged)
  • Experience: Familiar with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions
  • Documentation: Must submit DBQs within 48 hours of exam completion

    • Board Certified
    • Board Eligible

    State License Requirements:

    • Vermont
