Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA, Full-Time, Day Shift

Community Care is hiring Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs for the Night Shift at our Sacred Heart site in Milwaukee, WI. Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Responsibilities:
- Provide various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs
- Support the health of Community Care program members
- Serve as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts
- Ensure care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, established by Community Care
- Education: High School diploma or GED preferred
- Experience: Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia.
- Monday-Friday; Hours of Operation 6:30am -3pm (40 hours per week)
- Every other weekend; Every other holiday
