We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Asbestos Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5+ years of experience performing asbestos surveys.

Location: Ridgewood, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-demolition/pre-renovation asbestos surveys in accordance with AHERA, state, and local regulations and guidelines;
• Quantify types and volumes/areas of ACM within the surveyed building;
• Assist with assembling concise technical ACM survey reports and abatement design documents and budgets; and
• Stay up to date with current regulations and industry standards.

• 1-5+ years of relevant experience conducting asbestos surveys;
• Possess AHERA and/or local City/State certification;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to travel to project sites in New Jersey and the surrounding area; and
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
