Responsibilities

The Senior Compensation Data Analyst focuses on executive level staff analysis management, review, and auditing. Maintains and implements compensation strategies for leadership positions. Acts as reference source for the HR staff regarding compensation questions. Uses various methods to determine and maintain market competitiveness. Manages the general increase and ad hoc increase processes. Partners with the Director of Compensation to do ad hoc market increases. Represents HR Compensation in performing appropriate testing activities during Human Resource Information System upgrades and implementations. Evaluates and analyzes salary data for executives and top management. Administers executive compensation programs, including executive salary surveys and annual incentive programs. Serves as HR Compensation subject matter expert relating to FLSA determinations. May lead the work of others on the team or provide guidance to less experienced Compensation Analysts.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Five years in Compensation
  • Bachelor Degree

Desired:

  • Five years in a healthcare compensation environment, and five years in HR systems
