Job Description:
Work with senior team members, program managers, and other organizational teams to develop processes and improvements.
For project based assignments, incumbent will be responsible for project scoping, identifying functional requirements, project workshops, communication plans, external communication with vendor (if applicable), documentation, and establishing project milestones. Build reports to analyze relationships between data in various Transmission & Distribution systems.
Build reports and dashboards to monitor and analyze Supply Chain measures of success and provide recommendations.
Provide custom reports to monitor and analyze supplier and Supply Chain performance
Assist in the development and continues improvement of forecasting reports
Be proactive in improving the existing processes by establishing and maintaining process documentation, and develop procedures to enhance existing Supply Chain reporting needs through automation and SharePoint applications.
Occasionally work after normal working hours to support system operations.
