Qualifications
Laser focused on policy and planning creation
Bachelor's degree, with advanced certification or equivalent experience (7 years minimum) required (e.g. CBCP)
Experience directing BC program design and implementation from greenfield
Extensive experience in conducting BIAs, develop BC plans and conduct exercises
Experience in strategic partnerships with cross-organizational business areas including Continuity Management, Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT), Information Security, Physical Security and Supplier Management to improve coordination in planning, response and closing gaps in technology or BC/DR capabilities
Strong knowledge of internationally recognized standards (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ETSI, ) and best practices
Ability in identifying emerging risks and control weaknesses
In-depth knowledge of current Disaster Recovery best practices
Strong analytical, presentation, and organizational, written and verbal communications skills, are required
Responsibilities
Crisis Management
Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery
Work closely with our Cyber team for Cyber Crisis Management engagements
Analyze corporate intelligence data to identify trends, patterns, or warnings indicating threats to security of people, assets, information, or infrastructure
Develop, implement and maintain enterprise-level business continuity strategies and plans
Assess the different crisis scenario for the organizations, their impact on the business, propose strategies to respond in case of disaster and draft the plans for continuity
Evaluates capabilities demonstrated during the simulation exercise and advises on opportunities for improvement and in managing unmitigated risks uncovered during exercises
Identifying synergies between third party programs across the enterprise to strengthen business preparedness and internal/third party resiliency
