Job Title: Subcontracts Administrator Location: Huntsville, AL (Hybrid) Canvas provides services to a diverse group of customers in the areas of Test and Evaluation, Engineering Services, Program and Acquisition Management, and Product Integration. We are currently seeking a full-time Subcontracts Administrator Duties: Provide support for the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of subcontract awards, and modifications. Planning and managing the progression of the subcontracts. Manages day-to-day administration of subcontracts. Review and negotiate subcontract terms and conditions. Establish and maintain complete, well-organized subcontract files. Creating and analyzing funding documents. Coordinating/attending meetings with staff sections to establish requirements. Research and analysis to determine modifications required for current subcontracts. Liaison between Prime Contracts Administrator and Subcontractor POC. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline. Skill set that includes 1-3 years of contracts/subcontracts experience working with Government contracts. Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong commitment to customer service, and ability to plan and manage multiple tasks.
