Compensation:

All of our agents are paid on a commission basis. There is no ceiling on your earning potential. The more you work the more you earn. On average, agents that follow our training and blueprints close six figures annually. Our top producing leasing agent closed 300k in gross commissions for 2021 Our offices also offer monthly incentives, the more you make, the more the office makes, and we think you should be rewarded accordingly
