Head of Back End Software Engineering

We are seeking a technically oriented leader to head our Back End Software Engineering team. This role involves leading a diverse portfolio of technology projects and managing a team of developers with expertise in distributed microservices and full stack systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for staying abreast of tech trends, experimenting with new technologies, and driving robust cloud-based solutions to enhance customer experiences. Strong programming skills and experience with cloud computing are essential. If you have a passion for pioneering in technology and solving complex business problems, we encourage you to apply

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 6 years of professional software engineering experience
  • At least 1 year experience with cloud computing
  • Minimum 4 years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • 9+ years of experience in Java, Scala, Python, or Golang
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
  • 1+ years of experience in IDE development
