Description
Position Responsibilities- Use automated dumpers to dump 55-gallon cardboard drums or Cardboard totes full of onion powder onto packaging lines.
- Stack empty drums on pallet
- Remove any excess powder from bag/liner
- Dispose of Liner and stage empties totes for re-use
- Monitor the inside of the hopper to prevent overfill.
- Ensure all material inside hopper is empty and ready for the next production run.
- Check Re-screener after every order/production run
- Check Magnet after every order/production run
- Teamwork and Communication with all co-workers, operators and leads
- Spot weigh containers, when time permits
- Communicate any Potential Contaminations, Product Spec, Line inefficiencies, and Employee Safety issues to Area Lead or Supervisor immediately
- Maintain work area clean and safe
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must pass Criteria testing
- Ability to read and complete all required paperwork.
- Ability to perform all required mathematical calculations
- Good Attendance/Safety/Work Record
- Ability to work all shifts
- Able to work overtime
- Obtain Electric Pallet Jack License
- Positive Attitude and Team Player
