As the Senior MRI Technologist, you will perform basic and complex MR imaging procedures as well as post-processing responsibilities. This will require an in-depth understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology and medical terminology. Advanced imaging skills and techniques would be demonstrated by competence in 3 or more of the following advanced imaging applications:

  • cardiac and advanced cardiac/CVMR, peripheral vascular/PVMR ,and or neurovascular - EPI applications: DWI, PWI, DTI , ASL
  • Brain, or Breast, or Prostate
  • MR Enterography, MR Defecography and MR Prostate with endo-rectal coil
  • MR Guided fine needle breast and or prostate biopsies.
  • Brain
  • Fibroid tumors

Salary Range: $50.66 - $66.85 Hourly

Qualifications 3 years MRI Experience required
Licenses
o ARRT, CRT required. MR certificate required
  • o ARRT, ARMRIT (MR) required
Venipuncture certificate required
BCLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
Graduate from a AMA Radiologic Technologist Program required
AA or BS preferred
Siemens experience preferred
Demonstrates competence in modifying protocols as required producing optimal diagnostic images.
Demonstrates ability to train additional MR staff in addition to performing the advanced procedures without direction themselves.
