Veterinary Receptionist

Pittsburgh Spay & Vaccination Clinic wants to add a friendly and dedicated receptionist to our fantastic team This position plays an integral role in providing excellent care to our patients and outstanding customer service to our clients.

This is a full-time position with a fixed schedule. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and routing messages as appropriate
• Booking appointments
• Greeting clients
• Processing payments
• Work with the rest of the team to provide an exceptional experience for our clients & patients.

Successful candidates will have customer service experience in a veterinary setting.
