Position Summary:
Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients, working with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans. Assist with special tests and procedures and maintain patient medical records. Administer medication, ensuring patient safety at all times. Encourage patient participation in their own care. Additional responsibilities include promoting a positive work environment and participating in professional development opportunities.
Education:
* Program Graduate
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Essential Credentials:
* CPR for Healthcare/BLS
* RN license
Nonessential Credentials:
* Nationally Certified in area of specialty
* PALS, TNCC and/or ENPC
Physical Conditions:
Heavy Work: Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly
Working conditions:
Required PPE for handling chemicals and bio hazardous materials.
