Job Description:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our New Graduate Residency program in the Medical Surgical Post-Operative unit at Beverly Hospital. This is a full-time position with 36 hours per week, working the night shift. During the 12-week residency program, you will receive support and guidance from experienced preceptors and clinical educators. Our unit, J2, is a 30-bed adult surgical unit affiliated with New England Baptist, providing care for patients ranging from 18 years of age to geriatrics. The majority of admissions to J2 are from the postoperative anesthesia care unit (PACU) and the emergency department, with a focus on orthopedic, surgical, and gastrointestinal diagnoses. Qualifications include completion of all clinical rotations, eligibility for nurse registration, and possession of an American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certificate.
