Job Overview

This position provides a variety of customer service functions (e.g., customer relations, crowd control, tram safety, concert usher, elevator operator) in order to create the ultimate guest experience.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

  • Greets guests with a friendly smile and warm welcome/thank you.
  • Provides prompt and courteous service by evaluating guests' needs during events though empathy, listening, specific questioning, and effectively resolves matters though appropriate action, service, or solution.
  • Provides guests with directions to different areas of the facility such as seating sections, restrooms, concession stands, exhibits, stages, retail spaces, and other key locations.
  • Interacts with guests to provide information and assistance on all things related to guests to ensure they have an enjoyable experience.
  • Provides memorable guest service while engaging with guests as you support guests flow and lines and capacity in assigned area.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested when needed.
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with team members and others.
Working Conditions
  • Work is indoor and/or outdoor.
  • Work involves some loud noises during concerts and shows.
  • Stands, walks, and/or moves for sustained periods.
  • Involves some exposure to hazards or physical risk that require following safety precautions.
  • Works a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays when necessary.
