Seasonal Emergency Room RN - October 2024 through March 2025
Day and Night Shifts 

About the Role
As our ER RN, you'll provide critical care in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating professional excellence with minimal supervision. Your ability to triage patients safely, rapidly, and accurately is essential to our emergency care system.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch nursing care to patients of all ages
- Work closely with ED physicians and mid-level providers (PA, NP)
- Apply critical thinking and the nursing process to assess and treat patients
- Implement appropriate nursing interventions and evaluate patient responses
- Deliver compassionate, respectful, and accurate patient care
- Remain calm under pressure and thrive in a team environment
- Communicate effectively about patient status and treatment responses
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure patient safety and reduce the likelihood of medical errors

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Current AZ or compact RN license
- 3 years or more of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Pediatric patient experience preferred
- Proficiency in EHR documentation
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Schedule
- 12-hour shifts (day or night)
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- PRN (as needed) from October 2024 through March 2025
