Seeking a skilled leader with HVAC expertise to join our team as Apartment Maintenance Foreman
We're on the hunt for a talented individual to lead our maintenance team and ensure our residents enjoy our customer-focus living experience. Responsibilities:
-
- Lead and supervise the properties operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of work orders and repairs.
- Utilize your HVAC skills to diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in our apartment community.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed to complete larger projects & make-ready apartments, as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels.
- Extensive experience in apartment maintenance, with a focus on HVAC systems.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
- HVAC certification AND relevant training preferred.
- CPO certification preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
