Job Description

Major Responsibilities:
  • Supports data analysis and reporting for the Firm
  • Provide support to the Operations and Compliance team on various data related projects
  • Provide technical support to team members for basic trouble shooting of software and hardware
  • Maintenance, administration and upkeep of information in various technology platforms both from a Compliance and Operations standpoint
  • Basic troubleshooting and access assistance for internal team and Affiliates
  • Maintenance and upkeep of the phone system technology
  • Acts as liaison to the outsourced IT team for structural and technical issues
  • Monitoring of internal hardware and software inventory
  • Monitoring of cybersecurity programs and systems
Job Requirements

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data maintenance / IT.
Experience Requirements
  • 3 years or more IT or systems management experience
  • Experience or knowledge related to cyber security is preferred
Technical Skills
  • Proficient knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience supporting Office 365
  • Ability to provide IT troubleshooting
Required Skills
  • Ability and desire to take proactive action and initiative to identify and resolve problems
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the desire to find solutions
  • Strong organization and communication skills
