The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children, promoting their social, emotional, and physical development. Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to foster learning and development. Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive atmosphere. Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Assist with daily routines including meal times, nap times, and playtime. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns. Develop lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Administer first aid when necessary and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Requirements Proven experience in childcare or related field (babysitting, toddler care). Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management skills. Background in early childhood education is preferred but not required. Ability to provide caregiving that meets the individual needs of each child. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with experience working with students or children. A nurturing attitude with the ability to create a supportive learning environment.
