Personalized Development: Develop individualized training plans for staff, facilitating regular supervision meetings to ensure comprehensive and ongoing professional development. Documentation Expert: Complete and maintain detailed records of supervisory meetings in compliance with CARF/State Regulatory/company regulations. Performance Evaluator: Conduct timely evaluations and provide necessary status notices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Meeting Maestro: Schedule and lead monthly staff meetings and training sessions, ensuring thorough documentation in accordance with CARF/State Regulatory/company regulations. Process and System Pro: Oversee the training and implementation of UA processes and medication management systems, adhering to program and agency procedures. Educational Facilitator: Ensure staff are adept at leading educational groups and maintaining documentation as required by CARF/State Regulatory/agency standards. Communication Liaison: Participate in clinical staffing and treatment team meetings, providing valuable feedback and facilitating seamless communication between Behavioral Health Technicians and the treatment team. Education and/or Experience Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field; OR High School education and two (2) years of experience in substance abuse or mental health treatment with a minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience. Additional Qualifications: Thorough knowledge of Behavioral Health methods, principles, and techniques related to mental health services and/or substance use disorders. Knowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations of the assigned program. Considerable knowledge of treatment methods, legal requirements, and court procedures related to treating mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Ability to develop, coordinate, and evaluate services within assigned program responsibilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills to produce clear and concise reports. Supervisory Requirements: Communicate the strategic direction of the organization and encourage participation by all employees. Provide leadership and guidance to all aspects of the department. Monitor the identification, development, and execution of strategic objectives. Involve all employees, as appropriate, to achieve goals.
