We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Palliative Care Registered Nurse to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide meaningful care experiences for patients and their families facing life-limiting illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and create comprehensive care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
  • Ensure every patient receives quality care as the driver of our care team

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
  • Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
