Qualifications:

A. Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP®) or industry equivalent like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)

Required Experience:

A. At least five (5) years of experience in the following areas:

· Software Development Life Cycle

· Configuration Management

· Risk Management

· Communication Management

· Building and Managing Project Teams

· Scheduling (WBS/Level of Estimate)

· Earned Value

· Change Management

· Quality Assurance to include the following aspects:

o Creating test plans

o Managing testing

o Organizing results

B. Possess expertise in at least four (4) of the following types of systems:

· Asset Management

· Budget Systems

· Document Management Systems

· Financial Systems

· Human Resource Systems

· Infrastructure Support

· Maintenance Management

· Management Reporting

· Procurement Systems

· Project/Program/Portfolio Management Systems

· Business Process Improvement

C. Prior experience leading efforts where SDLC, Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies were employed in System Design (e.g. system personalization/customization)

D. Excellent contract management, coordination and organizational skills
