Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ETL Developer to analyze, design, develop, and maintain complex Informatica code. You will establish best practices, maintain comprehensive documentation, and support team processes to ensure thorough and accurate completion of tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • System Analysis and Development: Analyze and evaluate system applications. Develop new and maintain existing applications of medium to high complexity, including coding, testing, and documenting as per company standards.
  • Research and Quality Maintenance: Stay updated on systems software to ensure top-quality operations and implementations. Assist the business with process improvements as needed.
  • Problem Resolution: Communicate with developers to resolve issues and provide system-related information.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide guidance and direction to development staff on technical matters.
  • Status Reporting: Keep application development managers, project managers, and team members informed on the status of deliverables.
  • Relationship Building: Foster relationships with business and IT partners to ensure alignment with corporate goals and strategy.
  • Customer Service: Promptly and courteously respond to and resolve customer service requests from external customers, department staff, and other personnel.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on system development techniques and apply them when analyzing and developing solutions for the organization.
  • On-call Support: Participate in on-call rotation as needed to ensure 24-hour support of production systems. Assist in determining the root cause of system problems by collaborating with technical, business, and infrastructure personnel.
  • Technical and Business Process Understanding: Demonstrate a solid understanding of technical and business processes across the organization's footprint.

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent required.
  • 3 + years of extensive experience with Informatica required
  • IDMC experience (preferred)
  • Recent experience with Informatica PowerCenter 10.1 or later
  • Experience with Unix commands
  • GitHub
  • IDMC experience strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years development in SQL
  • 2+ years' experience with Agile
  • Knowledge of data handling methods, development techniques, and one or more development programming languages.
  • Must be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and business partners
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
