As a Member Support Specialist, you'll be the superhero our members need
What You'll Do:
Engage with Members: Greet members with a smile and provide top-notch service, whether in-person or on the phone. Your warm, professional attitude will create a welcoming experience.
Account Services: Help members with everything from opening new accounts to making updates - and do it with care and attention to detail.
Transaction Processing: Whether it's a deposit, withdrawal, or cash advance, you'll ensure everything is processed quickly and accurately - all while keeping calm and cool under pressure.
Product Knowledge: You'll become the expert, recommending the best products and services for our members' needs and even spotting opportunities for Financial Consultants to help more
Tech Support: Not all superheroes wear capes, some know how to guide members through online banking and self-service kiosks like a pro
Safety First: Keep the branch safe and secure by monitoring for any suspicious activity and maintaining a secure, welcoming environment for all.
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and passion for helping others
- Great communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. (Bonus points for Spanish-speaking skills)
- Problem-solving skills - you know how to get things done and find solutions.
- A detail-oriented approach and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- Previous experience in customer service or the financial industry is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
