Banner Physical Therapy is seeking an outpatient Pelvic Health Physical Therapist in Phoenix, AZ

Up to $10k sign on bonus and student debt program

Our Banner Physical Therapy outpatient physical therapy center is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care experiences. Location:

Banner Physical Therapy

1661 East Camelback Road; Suite 152

Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm and Friday 7am to 3pm

Compensation: Starting at $72k- commensurate with experience

Dynamic clinic in Central Phoenix looking for a full time PT to split caseload between generalized orthopedics and pelvic floor. Previous pelvic floor experience required.

Responsibilities
  • Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws that govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.
  • Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
  • Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
  • Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start
  • Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification required
  • Previous pelvic health experience required
