Responsible for financial reporting preparation and consolidation to include coordination between the finance operations team and operational leadership Develop and maintain excel models to facilitate effective monthly and quarterly financial reporting Responsible to document and coordinate variance analysis explanations Analyze trends and metrics to develop automated solutions and process improvements for the financial reporting process Drives consistency in financial reporting processes by proposing best practices across programs Responsible for ad hoc analysis, preparation, and coordination for both finance and operational leadership Coordinate internal and external audit requests with the finance operations team Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Experience: 7+ years of Accounting/Finance experience required. Experience working in Defense/government contract accounting preferred. Skills: Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and related financial applications. Demonstrated ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Ability to manage Ad-hoc assignments and non-scheduled reporting. Experience briefing and building Senior Leadership and Board of Director (BOD) level presentations. Additional Information: At V2X we strive to be market competitive in our total reward offerings. The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
