Key Qualifications:
  • Strong Accounting and Customer-Facing Background: The ideal candidate should have a background in accounting, finance or a similar industry, and a proven ability to interact effectively with customers. This includes understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Fast Learner and Excited About Learning and Growing: We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with the company. The ability to quickly adapt to new skills and technologies is crucial.
  • Strong Business Acumen: This position offers a high degree of autonomy, with independent decision making and requires both detailed analysis and a big-picture mind-set.

Job Scope:
  • Networking and Event Research: Research and identify networking events that InSphere can attend or sponsor to maximize ROI. Prepare for and attend these events and present the company and the Odoo solution. Gather leads and potential clients from these events.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Follow up with leads generated from networking events, prepare for product demos, and actively contribute to the sales process.
  • Odoo Consulting and Implementation: Conduct business discovery with clients, prepare project quotes, create project plans, perform system setup, manage data migration, conduct testing, provide user training, and support clients through the go-live process.
  • Marketing Research: Continuously research and evaluate marketing strategies to maximize ROI and promote the company's products and services.
