Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

What You'll Do:

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our clients. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans designed to promote positive behavior change.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings.
  • Implementing behavior intervention plans and teaching new skills.
  • Collecting and recording data on client progress.
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • No weekends

Work Location: In person

Requirements

Experience:

  • Entry-level candidates
  • Two years of supervised experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related (Preferred)

Other Requirements:

  • Must be at least 19 years old
  • A passion for helping others and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong communication and intrapersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
