Responsibilities:
Dive into the heart of patient care by assessing their condition during each visit and documenting your invaluable observations.
Embrace the art of evaluation, from vital signs to activities of daily living, ensuring our patients receive top-notch personalized care.
Channel your expertise into assessing and enhancing therapeutic, rehab, and functional statuses, bringing smiles and improvements along the way.
Become a hero in recommending devices or tools that could sprinkle a little extra joy into our patients' lives.
Be the attentive ear our patients need by listening to their concerns and fulfilling their requests with grace.
Dance in harmony with our multidisciplinary team, including Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physicians, and more, to orchestrate the perfect care plan for each individual.
Enlighten patients and their families on the magic of proper home health care strategies, empowering them with knowledge and confidence.

Requirements:
Your heart is your compass, guiding you with compassion and friendliness in every interaction.
Embrace the adventure of traversing Fresno's vibrant neighborhoods as you travel to multiple patients each day.
Wave your State Physical Therapy license from the Physical Therapy Board of California as your badge of honor.
While experience in in-home or Hospice settings is like icing on the cake, it's not a must-have-your passion and dedication are what truly matter.
Communicate like a maestro and manage time like a seasoned pro, balancing efficiency with the personal touch.
Rev up your engines with a valid driver's license, because you're about to embark on a journey of healing and connection.
Keep your CPR certification and TB clearance current to ensure you're always ready to leap into action.

Required Experience:
Let's embark on this adventure together with at least 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy.

Required License or Certification:
Hold the key to your dreams with a valid Physical Therapy license.
