At IVF1, our Surgical Technologist have the unique opportunity to be an integral part of a fertility patient’s journey toward becoming parents. The Surgical Technologist position at IVF1 will allow you to work closely with a multidisciplinary surgical team to provide excellent patient care while making a difference every day.

We are looking for a Surgical Technologist to join our dedicated team at IVF1 located in Naperville, IL. This position will be 40 hours per week from 6:30am-2:00pm, benefits-eligible.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in a variety of surgical procedures, including Egg Retrieval, Dilatation and Curettage, Hysteroscopy, Vasectomy Reversal, Testicular Sperm Aspiration, Varicocelectomies, and more
  • Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and ensure proper equipment setup and usage
  • Prepare and maintain surgical setup, sterile field, and scrubs into surgeries promoting a safe environment of care
  • Assist with patient positioning and ensure their comfort and safety in the Operating Room
  • Participate in room turnover, decontamination, sterilization, and equipment maintenance according to recommended guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Surgical Team to efficiently manage daily workload
  • Maintain inventory supply to ensure adequate supplies are available for surgeries
  • Collaborates with external equipment representatives and vendors to ensure proper equipment functionality
  • Uphold regulatory compliance and accredidation guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff alike
REQUIREMENTS
  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certification as a CST preferred
  • Maintains current BLS


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$25.00 - $37.00 per hour

The compensation range for this position is between $25.00 - $37.00 per hour. Compensation offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance.
