About the Office:

Our thriving practice, located conveniently on a major highway, is in search of a skilled and motivated dental hygienist to join our close-knit hygiene team. We boast a fast-paced environment, with a trio of experienced doctors leading the way.

At our practice, the hygiene department is more than just a team; we're a family. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and our hygienists work seamlessly together to provide exceptional patient care.

Schedule:

  • Days: Monday, Thursday, Friday
  • Hours: 7 AM to 5 PM
Responsibilities:
  • Perform dental hygiene services and procedures, including dental prophylaxis, scaling, fluoride and sealants, and root planning.
  • Provide excellent patient care and educate patients on maintaining oral health.
  • Conduct dental health checks and coordinate with the dentist to ensure comprehensive dental care.
  • Administer local anesthesia under the direction of the dentist.
  • Be comfortable with handling 7 around patients per day, maintaining our high standards of care for our patients.
Requirements:
  • Certified Dental Hygienist with a license to practice in Indiana.
  • Experienced and comfortable with administering local anesthesia.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • A commitment to high-quality, efficient dental care and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Current dental hygienist license and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
  • Clinical needs as required by office
