Job Title: Process EngineerJob Description We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting and translating process information for implementation in the Shreveport factory, developing training documentation for plant expansion, and ensuring product quality through process specifications. The Process Engineer will also be responsible for developing production expectations based on cycle time analysis and following up with suppliers to ensure equipment deliveries and installations are on schedule. Responsibilities Document and translate process information to be implemented in the Shreveport factory. Develop training documentation for plant expansion implementation. Create process specifications to ensure product quality. Develop production expectations based on cycle time analysis. Follow up with suppliers to ensure equipment deliveries and installations remain on schedule. Essential Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills. 3-5 years of experience in process engineering. Experience in large capital investment projects, including ordering, installation, and operation. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes. Experience with manufacturing processes and time studies. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with 3D modeling software. Experience creating training documents. Basic Spanish proficiency. Experience in leading complex projects such as re-layouts. Work Environment This position involves working in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement and equipment installation. The work may include creating detailed work instructions and developing training materials. The candidate should be prepared to work on large capital investment projects and interact with suppliers to ensure timely equipment deliveries and installations. The work schedule may vary based on project requirements, and the dress code is business casual. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.46 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
