Our client, in Chandler, AZ? is seeking a Technical Administrative Support candidate to join their team. As Technical Administrative Support, you will be part of a dynamic supporting Team. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, have great problem solving and time management skills which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Technical Administrative Support

Location: Chandler, AZ

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00

What’s the Job?

  • Managing project tasks identified by the Program Manager. Act as central point of contact for al queries related to program.

  • Deal with customer inquiries by phone, email and in person. Schedule and coordinate installation, maintenance and restocking activities. Maintain accurate records of machine locations, inventory levels and service schedules. Use Microsoft excel and other tools to track machine performance, stock levels and usage trends.

  • Liaise with customers to resolve issues, answer questions etc. Input, edit and maintain information via detailed inventory management software system is required.

  • Liaise effectively with internal team members to complete tasks and distribute information.

  • Compile and manage the regular communication of various reports to customers and other duties as requested.

What’s Needed?

  • Problem solving aptitude with excellent attention to detail.

  • Tech savvy individual with previous experience using SAP and various Microsoft projects.

  • Ability to multitask, Prioritize and manage time efficiently.

  • Flexible, reliable, hardworking with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Previous experience using all MS Suites, proficiency using Microsoft Excel is very important.
