Warranty Representative
Our North Dallas client is a leading provider of air conditioning for commercial and residential customers. They are seeking to grow their Warranty team This is a Temp-to-hire position and they are looking for someone to grow with their company
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product warranty issues in a polite, helpful manner
- Verify warranty coverage and friendly troubleshoot any questions about warranty policies
- Efficiently process warranty claims and coordinate necessary product repairs or replacements
- Resolve customer concerns, provide status updates on claims, and ensure overall satisfaction
Skills Required:
- HVAC experience required- must have knowledge of industry verbiage
- Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers and typical software programs
- Ability to methodically solve complicated problems
- Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and perform well under pressure
- Basic familiarity with product warranties and claims handling procedures

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $24.00
