Warranty Representative

Our North Dallas client is a leading provider of air conditioning for commercial and residential customers. They are seeking to grow their Warranty team This is a Temp-to-hire position and they are looking for someone to grow with their company

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product warranty issues in a polite, helpful manner
  • Verify warranty coverage and friendly troubleshoot any questions about warranty policies
  • Efficiently process warranty claims and coordinate necessary product repairs or replacements
  • Resolve customer concerns, provide status updates on claims, and ensure overall satisfaction

Skills Required:
  • HVAC experience required- must have knowledge of industry verbiage
  • Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with computers and typical software programs
  • Ability to methodically solve complicated problems
  • Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and perform well under pressure
  • Basic familiarity with product warranties and claims handling procedures
