As a key member within the Production Support team, you will help rewrite the future of the health care system, by providing support to the OI clinical risk and quality solutions prospective teams. As a data analyst, you will help manage outcomes of various business activities by analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, and presenting data for effective incident support and management. Your role will be instrumental in supporting operational and strategic business activities to enable regulatory quality management and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing detailed data analysis of production support issues in order to improve customer experience and meet quality goals
  • Ability to leverage complex data to research and analyze incidents for root causes and determine next steps
  • Timely triaging and escalation of issues to appropriate teams for resolution
  • Maintain detailed and effective communication between internal teams and user around issue resolution and ETA
  • Drive prioritization of issues to help manage operational flows and processes in order to meet deadlines
  • Present detailed analysis of high critical issues to stakeholders and leaders
  • Be organized and manage complex workload across cross functional teams

Required Qualifications:

  • HEDIS / STARS / CMS Risk Adjustment Model knowledge
  • 4+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • 4+ years of experience in Business & Data Analysis
  • 4+ years of experience in SQL Database management methodologies and working with large datasets (specifically demonstrated proficiencies in data retrieval and manipulation, data analysis by creating complex queries and data integration)
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer and/or client facing role, managing multiple complex and time sensitive projects
  • 2+ years of experience with the following:
  • Quality Assurance/Software Testing
  • Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Incident Management experience - using a tool such as Service Now

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
