Position Highlights:
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,000
- Base hourly rate: $19.92

- Contribute to the achievement of quality care and client outcomes
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu
- Provide structure and emotional support to clients
- Provide supportive care to clients as assigned by the registered nurse (RN).
- Prepare and maintain patient charts
- Communicates effectively and positively with all internal and external customers.
- Collaborates with internal and external providers to arrange for ordered services.
- Accurately and timely computer entry and transcription of orders.
- Assisting staff with a variety of tasks
- High School diploma preferred. Associates degree preferred.
- CNA preferred.
- Minimum of three years' experience in human service preferred.
