Join our team at Far Rockaway Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) We are located at Far Rockaway, NY and we are excited to offer a competitive base rate of $30.13 along with a generous 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts. Plus, we are now offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect necessary information for new Residents during the admission process.
- Monitor and record health metrics including vitals and temperature for Residents.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Provide wound care and treatment for bedsores as needed.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required.
- Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene tasks.
- Track Residents' food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements:
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Valid LPN State license.
- Good standing with the State Registry.
